This deep immersion in philosophical principles of respect, continuous improvement, and operational excellence earned him numerous awards both inside and outside the company.

Perry Payne brings a remarkable journey of transformation to his role as CEO and Senior Mentor at SenpaiHR, LLC. Beginning his 40-year Honda career as a manufacturing associate hauling trash from the assembly line, Perry's path embodies the power of mentorship and philosophical leadership that now defines SenpaiHR's approach.
Following personal advice received directly from Mr. Honda himself, Perry advanced through numerous roles within the organization, ultimately retiring as Regional Senior Manager of HR, Compliance & Ethics, and Governance at Honda Trading America Corp.
With over 3 decades of supporting organizations spanning different business environments in developing effective human resource practices, he gained unique insights into building sustainable workplace cultures across diverse operations.
